Thank you for shopping with us. Please be certain to confirm the product or service you've ordered before completing your purchase. Prices are exclusive of postage and insurance (where applicable). If you decide to take out insurance, please let us know in  advance before ordering online so that we can add it to the price and send you a separate link where you can make payment.. Otherwise you pay the price and postage. We may send you a separate invoice for postage based on your country. 

Postage

All items are delivered from the United Kingdom using the Royal Mail special delivery service. We dispatch items from Monday to Friday, and if we receive orders early on a Saturday, we will try to dispatch it that same day before the Post Office closes. If we aren't able to dispatch it to you on that same day, we will dispatch it on the next working day which would be Monday. We deliver worldwide. We will usually post products on the next working day after payment has cleared in our accounts. Please bear in mind that there may be delays in the Postal Service due to bank holidays or bad weather conditions. Nonetheless, we will endeavour our utmost to ensure that you receive your product as soon as possible.

Postage prices (books and CDs)

The CDs and correspnding text books are combined together as one package and delivered from the United Kingdom unless you have ordered them separately. The postage rates below shows you how much it costs to post the items from the UK. If you are ordering a large volume for a school, universit or college, please contact us first so that we can give you a proper quote including bulk discounts. For bulk purchases, do not order online. Contact us first. Please see Terms and Conditions.

Within the UK = £5.65

Within the EU = €7.63 per package plus €1.99 charge per item.

Rest of the Word = $14.20 for postage and packaging plus $1.99 charge per item

Payment method

The SRC and Seereer Heritage Press do not store your debit or  credit card neither do we have access to it. We use PayPal to process all our payments. Once you've checked out from our store ready for payment, you are taken directly to PayPal who then collects the payment on our behalf. To learn more about their safe and secure SSL encrypted payment processing system, please visit their website. You may have to register an account with them in order to make payments with their service. Alternatively, you could pay as a guest without signing up for an account.  Along with the safety aspects of your details, you are also protected with other rights as a customer when you use their service. 

Downloads

For non-free downloads, after you have made payment with PayPal, you will be re-directed to a special page on our Website where you will be able to download your files. To open a PDF file you will first need to install a PDF reader program on your computer or device. You can download it for free here then come back to our Website to continue your purchase. For the MP4 audio file, you will first have to install an application on your computer or device in order to listen to it. RealPlayer can open most audio and video files. You can download your free copy here (select their basic package which is free, note that you may need to register your email address) then come back to our Website to continue your purchase. If you are unable to download a file, please email us at info@seereer.com. 

Currency

All non-free downloads from our website or the Seereer Heritage Press website are payable in Great Britain Pound Sterling  (£). Tangible books and/or  CDs are payable in £ (GBP), £ (USD) or (EUR) depending on your local currency. Please checkout reliable currency websites for international exchange rate conversions when downloading materials from our website or our imprint. PayPal will usually calculate this for you. 

Taxes and insurance

We do not charge you any tax but you may be liable to taxes in your own country if buying a physical item. Please check with your local customs. If you would like us to insure your item before posting, please contact us first so that we can provide you a bespoke price.

*Senegalese, Gambian and Mauritanian outlets

For our customers who live in Senegal, The Gambia or Mauritania, we are liaising with distributors in these countries where you can purchase our books and CDs in person by cash if you do not have access to a debit/credit card in order to use PayPal. Your payment will be in your local currency.

Working in partnership with our imprint (Seereer Heritage Press), we are pleased to offer our Senegalese, Gambian and Mauritania customers a reduced rate if they purchase any book from our Learn a Seereer Language  series™.

Refunds

We have a no quibble refund policy.  This means that if you are not satisfied with any of our products or services, we will give you your money back provided the good or service has not been used or altered in anyway which renders it unsalable, and that you notify us within 14 days after the date you received the product. For download refunds, the same 14 day time period applies. You must also request from us an Affadavit of destruction which will be emailed to you for you to fill in and return back within 14 days after the date we send you the Affadavit of destruction form. Once you have filled it in and returned it back to us, we will refund you the purchase price.  

For all posted goods, we only refund the purchase price. We do not refund postage and insurance. This return policy also applies to tangible products that have been purchased face to face from our distributors in Senegal, Gambia and Mauritania.
