Store policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please be certain to confirm the product or service you've ordered. Prices are exclusive of postage and insurance. If you decide to take out insurance, please let us know so that we can add it to the price. Otherwise you pay the price and postage. We will usually post products on the the next working day after payment has cleared in our accounts. Please bear in mind that there may be delays in the Postal Service due to bank holidays or bad weather conditions. Nonetheless, we will endeavour our utmost to ensure that you receive your product as soon as possible. 

We dispatch items from Monday to Friday, and if we receive orders early on a Saturday, we will try to dispatch it that same day before the Post Office closes. If we aren't able to dispatch it to you on that same day, we will dispatch it on the following working day which is would be Monday. 

The SRC does not store your debit or  credit card neither does it have access to it. We use PayPal to process all our payments. Once you've checked out from our store ready for payment, you are taken directly to PayPal who then collects the payment on our behalf. To learn more about their safe and secure SSL encrypted payment processing system, please visit their website. You may have to register an account with them in order to make payments with their service. Along with the safety aspects of your details, you are also protected with other rights as a customer when you use their service. 

For downloads, after you have made payment with PayPal you will be re-directed to a special page on our Website where you will be able to download your files. To open a PDF file you will first need to install a PDF reader program on your computer. You can download it for free here then come back to our Website to continue your purchase. For the MP4 audio file, you will first have to install an application on your computer in order to listen to it. RealPlayer can open most audio and video files. You can download your free copy here (select their basic package which is free, note that you may need to register your email address) then come back to our Website to continue your purchase.

We have a no quibble refund policy.  This means that if you are not satisfied with any of our products or services, we will give you your money back provided the good or service has not been used or altered in anyway which renders it unsalable, and that you notify us within 14 days after the date you received the product. For download refunds, the same 14 day time period applies. You must also request from us an Affadavit of destruction which will be emailed to you for you to fill in and return back within 14 days after the date we send you the Affadavit of destruction form. Once you have filled it in and returned it back to us, we will refund you the purchase price. 

For all posted goods, we only refund the purchase price. We do not refund postage and insurance. This return policy also applies to tangible products that have been purchased face to face from our distributors in Senegal, Gambia and Mauritania.
